Property Description

We offer hunting for deer, hogs, bobcats and coyotes on our 2,000-acre property located in Hardin County. We accommodate 20 hunters for this hunting lease.

Gathering around the campfire and sharing old stories, competing to see who brings back the largest deer to camp – these experiences are truly unmatched. Every father should witness the moment when their child successfully hunts game; it’s a moment filled with pride and overwhelming emotion. Spending time in the woods with your loved ones is truly priceless.

We rely on generators as there is no power on site. We offer a campsite for those with campers, RVs, or tents. Our hunting access is available every day of the year. Each paying hunter is allocated one hunting area, and we do not restrict the number of deer stands and feeders they can have. This gives hunters the freedom to manage their own hunting area according to their preferences.

Our hunting policy in Hardin County allows each hunter to harvest up to four deer. During the Thanksgiving weekend, we offer a special guest harvest 4-day weekend from Thursday through Sunday. Each paying hunter can bring one guest to hunt their spot for the duration of the weekend. The guest must have a valid TX hunting license and can harvest one legal deer, as well as unlimited hogs and predators during the four days.

A spouse and children currently enrolled in school can hunt for free.

We highly recommend feeding, planting and using minerals.

As part of our annual routine, we hold clean-up days and conduct meetings. All hunters who pay receive a window sticker, membership card, gate combination, and a contract to sign for record-keeping purposes. To ensure safety and security on the premises, we use surveillance cameras and maintain close ties with the local State Game Wardens.

Our hunting zone is drama-free. Serious inquiries only. We don’t offer beer leases; everything is done in moderation. We also use a vetting/interview process.
